    So Biden wants to pay Mexico to tell migrants to stay in Mexico at the same time leaving the border open pretty much saying you can still come in anyway….???     Understand Gavin Newsom and lawmakers agreed in 2022 to provide health care access to all low-income adults regardless of their immigration status through the state's Medicaid program, known as Medi-Cal. California is the most populous state to guarantee such coverage, though Oregon began doing so in July.

    Need to send next month's entire total of immigrants to California to take advantage of this generous program. Beautiful weather this time of year, a governor who cares, and a legislature that likes to support anything that moves.
