IF Iran Attacked US base in Irak ..why Attack Iranian in Syria..! Well, we are in the DACADE OF IDIOTIC POLITICALS WORLDWIDE. It starts showing the same environment as before the WWI first world war one….when every country feels that they could start a WAR as they feel at any time.

This whole thing is starting to look fake. The original explosion looks like a firework and oddly there is no footage of our strikes, but when I go back in time there is plenty of footage of older strikes. This whole event is starting to smell of fakery.

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/feb/25/us-airstrike-syria-iran-militia

”Mary Ellen O’Connell, a professor at Notre Dame Law School, criticised the US attack as a violation of international law. “The United Nations charter makes absolutely clear that the use of military force on the territory of a foreign sovereign state is lawful only in response to an armed attack on the defending state for which the target state is responsible,” she said. “None of those elements is met in the Syria strike.”

I can't imagine justified air strikes. This should be a blinding signal to people who were viewing Biden as a resolution to the last 4 years that the U.S. has been flailing about at best, and since long before 2016; to be fair, it is a really uncomfortable position to be in as a citizen. If this is in fact what a return to U.S. diplomacy looks like, it is clear that the U.S. is a state that strives to dominate by force primarily; and this no matter who commandeers the reigns. I'm cynical in this respect because candidates that don't exemplify what is historically true of the U.S., that consistent urge to dominate by force, prove their ineligibility for power or are, by definition, unfit for the U.S. presidency or other roles. Surely, outliers present themselves in local governance but that is due to the fact that localized politics is generally disengaged from foreign affairs, and unfortunately these politicians can do very, very little to challenge how the U.S. interacts with the world. Maybe there are a few more steps between now and an anti-war movement.

‘Demanding a detailed briefing’: Dems call for investigations into Ukrainian Starlink restrictions

Published

on

By

President Trump is facing backlash not just from Democrats, but from some Republicans following his decision to waive congressionally approved sanctions and tariffs against Russia. The White House is also denying that they limited Ukraine’s military operations after their Starlink networks were disrupted this week. Texas Republican Senator John Cornyn called for an investigation into “Trump’s aid and comfort to Putin”. President Zelenskyy also offered his thoughts on the sanctions, noting that lifting them was quote: “wrong” and “only helps the Russians”. Virginia Democratic Rep. James Walkinshaw joins The Weekend to discuss.
