Blanche REFUSES to rule out post-election action by DOJ, could BLOCK election certification
Attorney General Todd Blanche is leaving open the possibility that the Justice Department could block states from certifying votes in the midterm elections. Blanche warned reporters Thursday of a hypothetical “doomsday scenario” in which the DOJ could block the certification of votes. But he added that it was not the Justice Department’s intention to interfere with the elections. Blanche said earlier this month that the DOJ plans to send 1,000 election monitors to polling places in every state on Election Day. Fallon Gallagher, legal affairs reporter for MS NOW, joins Way Too Early with analysis.

Trump’s attempts to be jailed indicates to me that he’s trying to be seen as a martyr who was unfairly treated after leading a seditious conspiracy.

I see the AG's points about what it would look like if DJT was jailed for defying the gag order, or his disqualification from the ballot and taking the choice away from HIS voters. I still fear, knowing what I know about him and his behavior that our democracy will be wadded up and thrown in the fire never to BE again and WE the PEOPLE will suffer for it if he gets a second bite. The snake has bitten once already and you think we would have learned from it. I'm keeping HOPE ALIVE.

The Supreme Court hasn't exactly had America's back, so they're unworthy of our trust. They've shown us who they really are & they're not at ALL in sync with the people of the U.S.. Congress is also full of some pretty darned ignorant, misogynistic, very grumpy & corrupt old men, none of whom represent the average American male at all. So, I don't trust any of them to have America's back, either. They seem to have a great deal of malice concerning certain of our citizens. Women & people of color, in particular. Their recent, highly unpopular decisions & their wretched, unbecoming personal behaviors are turning even their own Republican voters off. They might want to rethink their strategy.

Monetary is not going to stop him, he's using other peoples money, the gag order is not stopping him, at some point you have to show him this is real not one of his reality shows. People have died, many injured we have the evidence in our faces, and you are still saying let's treat him just like he's enjoying being treated
