Quick fashion history for some of you complainer. The dress she’s is wearing while dressing up for Halloween as Betty boop is inspired by Marilyn Monroe swimsuit dress. the same dress that inspired the gucci by Tom ford dress that ginger spice famously wore with the Union Jack on it. The difference is she has a difference body type. The choice of wearing it as a tong style was obviously to modernize it and make it sexier. Remember “she’s a baddie she showing her panty” it’s literally in the lyrics y’all sing along to.
