    There have been 29 cases where a Supreme Court seat was vacated in a Presidential election year. Guess how many times the sitting President put forward a nominee. 29. It's automatic. Now dig deeper. How many times was the Senate of the same party as that president. 19. How many of those Justices were confirmed? 17. Of the 12 failed nominations 10 were when the opposite party controlled the Senate. See how this works? As if the lib dems(marxist socialists) wouldn't proceed if they held the White House in similar circumstances. Hypocrites.

    It sickens to see how ignorant people are about the Supream Court and for that maatter the court itself is. The comments by this person Neal Katyal are sickening.

    The job of the supreme court is to strictaly rule on the constitutionality of the cases it hears and THAT IS ALL. In recent times the court has become nothing more than a political puppet and oversteps its bounds by havaing activist judges. It is also suprising how the democrats always want the constitution changed to suit their way of things. Basically what they want is Supream Court Gerrymandering.

    Another thing that bothers me is certain justices making political comments. They are not judges anymore they are just puppets of the democrat party whims. Everytime something comes up that disagrees with their idoelogy they want to change the rules. The Democrats constantly want to move the goal post around to meet theri twisted sense of jurisprudence and the rest of the country be damned. Whether or not this Neal Character likes it half of the population voted for Trump. What gives this guy the right to pontificate about who should be allowed to do what he is a nothing nothing berger. He was not elected and he is not allowed to change the constitution to meet his way of seeing things. He is just a big cry baby that wants momy to do things his way.
    This is exactaly what happens when people start fooling around with the Constitution. This Neal guy should just shut his pie hole. Like Mr. Barry Soto said, "elections have consequences" or to quote another Obama lacky after OBO won the election and was president "we are in charge now".

    It is fine when they are the ruling party but when a conservative gets in all they do is cry like the big babies they are. The only problem is the news media is in their pocket so what do end up with? A BANANA REPUBLIC.

    Trump has the Constitutional right to make the appointment. That is the law. Now laws never stopped democrats befor so watch out. There will be blood in the streets.
