   Trump will absolutely lose this SCOTUS filing. Trump will absolutely win all these cases on appeal. They are pitiful and weak at best and any non partisan venue would dismiss them quickly.

   And Trump added Brett Kavanaugh that wrote a book about immunity in 1998. Look it up because he needs to abide his writing over this issue. It is an eye opener. This is why the SCOTUS wants to be involved. I paid attention to William O"Brians post on this very issue a few weeks ago. I believe Trump will be angry if he finds out what Brett Kavanaugh's opinion over this very issue. Trump will not win anyway. I am not worried. I am not voting for him along with a lot of other voters.

   SOME people just feel GUILTY for only 5 minutes a year… at CHRISTMAS. That all the KINDNESS they got for one person. Publicly of course for the whole world to see.
   
   I found that the BEST way to tell WHO is not the KINDEST in a GROUP… if it's in your FAMILY or wherever you look.
   
   The one who HAS the MOST… the RICHEST people in the WORLD… are least likely to show KINDNESS… or they wouldn't be so RICH. KINDNESS is giving unconditionally.
   
   A public or private DONATION for a tax break is not KINDNESS.
   
   Always expecting to get PAID more than what THEY need… KINDNESS is a RICH man's Kryptonite.
   
   Growing up POOR without a FATHER… some of best LESSONS in life I learned was:
   
   Lesson #1 – Get to know your AUDIENCE who shows the MOST acts of KINDNESS.
   
   Lesson #2 – Write down the persons NAME to the answer of Lesson #1
   
   Lesson #3 – Knowing who COULD be least likely given an AWARD for KINDNESS.
   
   Lesson #4 – Write down the person's NAME to the answer (Circle that person's name.)
   
   Lesson #5 – The person's NAME you CIRCLED – AVOID THEM.

   Democrats have gone full banana republic at this point. The absolute hypocrisy it takes to say you are trying to protect freedom by telling the other party who they can vote for. These are the paths that lead to civil war and revolution. The judges and courts making these decisions without due process should all be imprisoned and tried for treason. They are the true insurrectionists.

   Who can forget democrat leaders encouraging riots for 4 years, to the point that city centers were taken over and autonomous zones were declared. That's a bit more insurrectionist than anything I saw on Jan. 6th.

   The courts have already found that the Biden administration directed private companies to censor conservative views and views that don't align with the WH. We already know they were colluding with Twitter, Facebook and Youtube as well as paying mainstream media to push narratives. They even went as far as to pay researchers to change covid findings.

   At what point to democrats realize that they are actually the fascists and the ones backing the evil candidate? Biden won't even give Kennedy secret service protection because Kennedy is a threat to his position in the next election. You guys have to wake up for real and see what is happening. The government has been weaponized against any opponent of Biden, and it's way worse than anything Trump has done. It's inline with Putin.

    We need to gut the Supreme Court – Period! They claim lifetime appts, but if WE THE PEOPLE united and made our voices heard, they would have no choice. Idealistic, yeah I know. Fact is, we have allowed them to compromise us using one of their favorite tools/weapons – DIVISION. Unite and take our country back or stay divided and become more enslaved. It is a choice.

    Does anyone want to explain ‘why’ Barack Obama can use an executive order to confine criminal evidence? (The fast and furious operation.- Americans haven’t forgot about that. One of the weapons have been recovered in a murder of a southern border agent. That makes Barack Obama ‘Culpable’. Presidential executive orders should not be used to cover evidence.

    They must want to have the lower court's input, so they're not skipping any steps that could look like they were interfering in State's rights, on this election issue. I don't think it's an indication of blue skies for Trump.

    So looking at America from abroad, it seems that the media agree that Trump incited an unconstitutional insurrection, and the only thing being discussed is if the constitution – in its 14th amendment with deals with who can become president – actually applies to someone who once used to be a president? Or – as Trump himself likes to see it – a president is free to walk on 5th avenue and shoot down people without getting jailed, because he is "immune". Is that the state of discussion now? While thousands have been imprsoned based on the riots, the guy truly responsible for it – now no longer President – is believed to be above the law?

    This really isn't good enough! It should be obvious to the damned Supreme Court that they should NOT grant that kind of immunity to the current President. I now have a great fear that they want to delay the decision until maybe, just maybe, Trump might be elected

He helped prepare the lawyer who presented Bush’s case to the Florida state Supreme Court and offered advice throughout." Roberts has ALWAYS been corrupt.

    Well. President Trump was President when this issue supposedly happened and the Constitution charges the President with making sure elections are true so there is no basis for charging him which one can surmise is why he has not actually been charged nor convicted of a crime that would remove him from the ballot legally.

    We all know by now that there are DOUBLE STANDARDS when it comes to politicians, the DOJ, the FBI, the Supreme Court, our lower courts, our justice system and especially the mainstream news media. If everyone was held to the same standards the America wouldn't be in the pathetic, sad shape of destruction and division we are in. NO politician should have immunity if they commit a crime or treason. Everyone is created equal and everyone should be treated the same in a court of law without political bias. America has gotten out of control over political bias, hate, lies, misinformation, propaganda, racism and violence because there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

    Funny how Trump wasn't there, he told them to protest peacefully and most of the video and evidence hidden by Democrats. Democrats rigged the Mail in ballot system and they know it.
