Jay dropped the ball somewhere along the lines. And, it caused her to take a step back to create a little distance from him. But, then he started sucking up to her, chasing her and seeking her validation rather than allowing her that little time and space. This kind of behavior made her lose respect and attraction for him. And, that cycle of behavior grew and just got worse and worse.

Everyone is so quick to attack her after they announced their divorce and I’m failing to see what makes her such a horrible person after watching their whole season. I never scream “sexism” for everything but I really see an underlying internalized sexism happening here. I’m surprised it wasn’t the other way around with how dryy Jay is. Where is his personality? No emotion, no affection, nothing just dry brittle humor all the time which I don’t even consider humor. Sure, people have different tastes for different personalities, but people need to stop attacking her like they know her personally
