There are deferent types of plastics they are classified by the ingrave # inside the triangel on the plastic item from 1 to 7 out of these only 3 are friend 2, 4, and 5 , so you can not burn all the #'s together ; it is a very sad situation.

Please make a video about the company ALPLA in Austria. They are one of the world’s biggest plastic packaging producers. Have companies around the globe. They work with massive brands and greenwash their own products by saying that there items are possible to recycle and move the full responsibility to the consumers.

Eliminating plastic will cause more pollution. Advances in recycling will reduce it. Consumers must learn to cooperate with recycling guidelines. No excuses.

We make synthetic rubber sheets for footwear industry from wastage polyethylene thrown away single use plastic bags. More than two metric ton of plastic bags are upcycled in a day in our Dhaka based facilities. Reducing overall CO2e emissions. And avoiding micro plastics flowing into river, ocean.

We allways say "reuse, reduce, and recycle" meaning we need to focus on reusing like buy glass with re sealable lids or covers. Reduce buying plastic and high waste materials. And recycle the materials you cannot reuse like broken glass or bottles with no lids or broken plastic containers
@Jackariah-N.
January 6, 2024 at 9:52 pm
What about the waste from the chemical reactions we would still be polluting with every tint bit of gas releasing into the environment from the reaction

At least in my area
I've been seeing more reusable cups
You buy and can keep filling it up at say 7 11
Or a jacksons
And what not
Which is a good idea
Reuse it until you can't
Then definitely have a good working recycling system
@michaelzlprime

Step A should be a ban on single use plastics, follow the french example!
Chemical recycling is just another diversionary tactic by the plastics industry.

This is the problem with so many environmentalists, its all or nothing so they get nothing. Yeah, a world that uses no or little plastic is ideal but it simply isn't feasible for now. You just can't replace plastic currently, solutions that can create a more circular and clean process would serve as a great stop gap.

Recycling is something that was invented by the plastic industry to make something that is 100% NOT sustainable, to sound sustainable.

Why not give the industry tax incentives and research grants to fund research to make recycling cheaper and commercialized?

Oh yes you can recycle out of this problem but there is no will nor not enough profit from it from a business standpoint.

Why to recycle? I want to set up plasma Gasification power plant but have 0 dollor. Plasma Gasification is best way to turn into gas and by product is glass like stone which is used to make roads.

There's ALWAYS critics on any new technology, don't worry layer down the line, they're the ones going we always u could do it, we were behind u all the way and imposing a tax, well that'll just trickle down to the customer.
