   I'll define a dictator for you, Sarah Lande, a dictator is somebody who has seized power and intends to never give it up. And while we are on the topic of making excuses for your friend Xi, about how he needs to keep security to make his people equal, does that equality extend to the millions of Uyghurs in slave labour camps?
   This woman needs to invest some time in finding better quality friends.

   Im not sure who is the dictator. Is it the country that keeps changing president every 4 to 8 years where both parties have the same agenda to be for war and corporations, feed their people GMO’s and allow corporations and pharma to use chemicals that harm and poison their citizens. Or one that stays in power for ever with the idea of having the same corrupt person rule but people seem to be prospering in science and tech. China today Kinda reminds me of USA in the 80’s if you ask me where the US was more for their citizens than corporations🤔.

    If i am not mistaken. since the culture revolution there has not been a system overthrow with the help of the military and violence in China. That revolution was widely supported by the people in the beginning, right? It didn''t turn out well for the anyone in the educational sector, but hey its not like there is not some strive in the US to discredit intellectuals whereever possible ^^. So surely the leaders of a one party system are autocrats at best. When then their leadership turns into a lifetime appointment, that usually only also works with the help of other individuals, so there is at least a groupe of people supporting the leader. Not a democracy, but also not yet quite the same as a violent coupe bringing forth a dictator and sofar also not a family based system therefor no monarchy.

    Seeing also how the US at times removed democratic elected leaders, overthrew or helped overthrowing democratic systems and replacing them with dictatorships, it is no wonder that other nations, cant get around seeing the irony in the USs hypocritical self-righteousness.

    Diplomaticly speaking, why bring it up? Everybody knows anyways. If the US is forcing the issue, ofcause that will end up badly. So one can easily assume and say that is the objectiv therefor anyways. Is it? Does the US want to have war with China? Not like the Ukrainian war is already done, but you leave your allies hanging it seems, once more. After Afghans and Kurds are Ukrains and europe overall next? Sofar it seems to be the political right in the US who forgot on what the global system the US build and therefor its wealth is based on, so they can get domesticly a leg up, but at what cost?

    I don't understand why the Chinese government was bothered when called a "dictatorship." Article 1 of the Chinese Constitution clearly provides: "The People’s Republic of China is a socialist state under the people’s democratic dictatorship led by the working class . . ." CNN's reporter who claimed the Chinese government has "never, ever" called itself "a dictatorship" obviously had not done the homework
