To Alix Steel's question on the melt-up occurring despite bear arguments, David Kostin did not address her question, except to tangentially refer to the large mega-cap stocks up 14% YTD. Kostin neither attributed to these top 10 tech high weighting in the S&P (~23%) nor their high weighting in QQQ (~53%) that artificially skew these index numbers, reflecting poor breadth of participation. Kostin instead explains lack of relative hedge fund performance, which does not appear to be Alix Steel's question.
