Ukrainian officials say the military lost some access to Starlink, leaving them vulnerable to Russian attacks. The American left is saying the constitution bars TRUMP … justifying examples being Obama’s birth and some American citizen proving they are over 35 yrs of age as qualifiers therefore also disqualifying… hence TRUMP.
The problem with the present example is obama was given the chance to show his birth certificate, trump wasn’t .
The American citizen is allowed to show his ID to prove his age over 35 yrs. Trump wasn’t ….
In plan explanation-Trump wasn’t giving the chance to prove he isn’t an insurrectionist.

How could Trump even be sworn in as President when he has sworn that he will destroy the Constitution?
The swearing in says that the President HAS to protect the Country, Laws, Constitution and People from threats both inside and out!

He has sworn to destroy the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
He's sworn to take the DOJ and IRS as his personal weapons.
He's said that the Law will not be applied to his allies, just his enemies.
He's said that he will put illegal immigrants into the biggest Concentration Camps in history, but has also said that he intends to make America a WHITE nation, and we saw the last time that Trump created Concentration Camps that it was not only Illegal Immigrants that were thrown in there, there were a LOT of American Citizens thrown in there who were not quick enough producing their identification!
Trump has promised that he will remove the Country from NATO and break all alliances that America presently holds, and instead ally with Russia, China and other fascist nations, betraying everything that America stands for.
So HOW could Trump be sworn in when he openly says that he intends to destroy America?

Before the 14th amendment was put to the vote in Congress, its two authors, Sen. Johnson and Sen. Moral, wrote letters to one another regarding whether section 3 applied to the president and VP, since those offices were not specifically referred to, and they agreed that both were covered by the verbiage about offices and officers of the United States. So the Trump lawyers' arguments that sec. 3 doesn't apply to Trump are complete nonsense.
