It will be 5 to 4 that the Colorado decision is incorrect – it will be 7 to 2 that a president has no criminal or civil immunity.. there will be no ruling on whether or not he took part in an insurrection..

The laws don't work, it is that simple.

If it WERE simple, then "do this, that is wrong = get penalty"

Wheras law is actually – "zillions of words that make it ambiguous, hence can anticipate it anyway you like."

The fact that any 100 people can interpret/read it 100 different ways…………… makes the laws useless.

Hence, rich people can do what they like.

And apparently……………. (seeing it is HAPPENING) that is "acceptable."

If it isn't acceptable, then change it. Otherwise…………………………………………

The fact that this video can take 5 minutes and CLARIFY NOTHING shows how ridiculous it is.

George Orwell showed us in his iconic novel "1984" that the first thing you do to create a fascist/authoritarian government is to change the language. Hence trying to change the language of the question, "does a political candidate have the right to be on the ballots of all states?" is "Step One" of inching your way to authoritarianism: hello Big Brother…good bye U.S. Constitution.

The most hilarious part about this buffoon is knowing that the people that own and run this media Outlet scoured the ivy league playground looking for someone who would say just what he said but they apparently did not want to go find Turley to see what his opinion was or Alan dershowitz who all of a sudden they seem to have fallen out of love with

Rep. Dean: Trump ‘Lit The Match’ That Caused The Capitol Hill Riots | Andrea Mitchell | MSNBC

Published

on

By

Congresswoman and impeachment manager Madeleine Dean (D-PA) tells Andrea Mitchell that President Trump “lit the match,” causing the riots at the Capitol on January 6. Dean also pushed back on the notion that impeaching a former president is unconstitutional. “And we do know, number one, it is constitutional because the text of the constitution is not just about removal as a result of impeachment and conviction but also future disqualification. The framers knew very much the threat of mobs and demagogues,” she said. Aired on 01/25/2021.

Sen. Murphy: Proposed Relief Bill ‘Could Get Us Through What Could Be A Very Hard And Deadly Winter’

Published

on

By

Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss the proposal of a $908 billion COVID relief bill by a bipartisan group of senators as 14 million Americans could lose unemployment aid by the end of December. Sen. Murphy says, “This amount of money could get us through what could be a very hard and deadly winter. This isn’t big enough to be able to get us to the point where the entire country is vaccinated. But it might be enough to make sure that millions of Americans don’t go hungry, don’t starve, don’t die out on the streets this winter when their jobless benefits expire and when protections for evictions expire.” Aired on 12/01/2020.
