Congresswoman and impeachment manager Madeleine Dean (D-PA) tells Andrea Mitchell that President Trump “lit the match,” causing the riots at the Capitol on January 6. Dean also pushed back on the notion that impeaching a former president is unconstitutional. “And we do know, number one, it is constitutional because the text of the constitution is not just about removal as a result of impeachment and conviction but also future disqualification. Ivanka does not have to testify because the statute of limitations has run out (i.e, her crime, if any, was committed too long ago to prosecute.) Funny that nobody thought of that. 2. I long for the day when Ivanka gets rid of that juvenile 1960's hairstyle and quits bleaching her defenseless hair.
