A big mistake for the US is doing war for both countries Russia and China at the same time, physical war with Russia and economic war with China in addition these both countries have very rich of natural resources and technoligies. These resources are needed by EU, without Russia energy European countries was digging big hole for themselves and it meant to cut left hand for the US.

These opposite of smart US officials are incredibly exactly that!!
They are puzzled, super confused ¿as of why would Putin deploy a hippersonic missile on Ukraine's ammunition warehouse?
They speculate that maybe he is out of other ammunition 😂
They are so opposite of smart again.

The logic is: That it is a way to scare, prove a point, demonstrate the power and agility of this missile, that they are ready to use them, that they have them readily at arms reach – available and handy to use them . And Putin Used it to see the actual destruction of an enemy's target.

Common sense tells us that Putin wouldnt use such a large more costly weapon just to blow up a warehouse. It was to
Show off its strength and might .

    Simple explanation.

    Didn't age well, did it?
This "unstoppable" one has been proven to be quite stoppable indeed. And by "old fashioned" Patriots, and, hold your hats, manned by dudes with a few weeks of training. Of course, these were not normal dudes and the Ukrainian air defence operators can teach us a thing or two, but yet: These complex systems have quirks and hacks that you only learn after many months of use, so that we can take the performance of these systems as a base line for the possibilities of Western air defence systems.

Kinzhal and Iskander are the main tactical nuclear vectors or Russia. Ukraine has proven it ineffective.

And a scant one year later we see that Ukraine's Patriot missile air defense systems (made in the USA) have about a 95% rate in taking down these "impossible-to-intercept missiles." As a result Russia is charging the engineers who created these hypersonic paperweights with treason. The West was always quick to believe Putin's bullshit. Maybe still is.

  31. @amdenis

    January 9, 2024 at 1:39 pm

Not so much… So much for the effectiveness of Putin’s most advanced militatry technology, his pride and joy, “my completely unstoppable hypersonic missile”.
Every single one of them are being stopped (dozens now) by 50 year old American Patriot missiles that cost 5% of Putin’s “master weapon”. What a total embarrassment. Now he is arresting all the top people who created it, rather than taking responsibility for his and his oligarchs actions of pilfering the country’s coffers for decades, leaving Russia with a disorganized, largely untrained military with flat tires, who are running out of tanks and munitions, have old old gear, poor skills and weapons that don’t compete in modern military warfare.
Putin is a total clown and an embarrassment to his great people and once great country.

While it's technically accurate to call the Kh-47M2 Kinzhal a hypersonic missile, it's accurate in the same way we might call Hitler's V-2 rocket a hypersonic missile. Modern hypersonic weapons like China's DF-ZF or America's Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile (HACM) (still in development) belong to completely different classes of weapons.

  34. @cc23001

    January 9, 2024 at 1:39 pm

Good job Ukraine operating the MIM 104 PATRIOT! Guess it's not impossible to intercept after all!!

  35. @Snowwie88

    January 9, 2024 at 1:39 pm

Whatever Russia claims these days can be taken with a grain of salt. Just a few days ago a hypersonic missile heading for Kyiv was shot down by a relative simple Patriot missile. Considering also the military mess, financial crisis and lack of any proper materials one can even start to doubt about the actively readiness of the nuclear weapons Russia has. These weapons need also constant maintenance, but we know about the massive corruption in Russia, so it's highly likely many of the roughly 6,000 nuclear weapons the Russians have are in lack of maintenance. Still, however, in a nuclear showdown with the West some of these weapons will reach their target and the devastation will be huge, but my guess is that the West will win and Russia would be a forever wasteland. Let's just hope that this will never be needed, for the entire humanity.

The media is the enemy of the people of the United States. ~ President Donald Trump. Let me tell you one piece of truth that is SO truthful that there is no volume loud enough . Russia can end life in the US in less than 6 days without nuclear weapons. Dick Cheney never leaves Jackson Hole and Liz never gets too far from Dick. There’s a luxury bunker there and they don’t intend to die with the peasantry. It’s s lazes in space. It is real and it’s coming here. I an set up in a 33 mile cave system with 9 tons of food and water and Stuff. We sleep there. It’s coming. Some know. Some don’t. Now you do.
