Barrett's only objective is to not be overtly publicly/politically objectionable as she and the GOP know they have the votes to get her in court unless there would be such demonstrable backlash from the public for her performance this week. She has been more extreme than Scalia! Further, she's already blocked the counting of ballots in the Florida election between Bush and Gore! So Trump is clearly expecting for her simply to do the same as she has done before. She has no integrity!

If the Democrats win both houses and the presidency, I assume that would give them the legal right to install 10 progressive judges. Why not? They’d have the power to do it. Yeah, would go against unwritten bipartisan rules, but seeing the Republicans don’t respect that kind of thing, why shouldn’t the Democrats do the same thing for political purposes? Honour and honesty in politics still matters. Justice matters. But if the Republicans don’t care, why should Democrats?

Seems to me that when our prison population and "Convicted Felon" population s so numerous it is enough to sway elections, that is a serious social problem that requires other remedies than revoking the right to vote. Every victim of that kind of "justice" has a valid claim to a little problem with "Taxation Without Representation". Another basic
