Although I agree that he should be sentenced by the new charges for attacking the judge a different judge should handle that sentencing since she is now a victim and biased because of that. She needs to recuse herself and let another judge handle the sentencing for the new charges.

They were pulling the court officer off of him in the end. Glad she’s okay. He won’t see her again though. No one is that fair. His defense would instantly cry bias.
