Cedric why dont you address the commen theme of black people resisting lawful orders, fighting or producing a weapon and threatening police, collecting arrest warrants among other things which frankly almost always initiated these police contacts and shootings? Why is this always side stepped and never acknowledged by you and other African Americans?

I don’t take anything the media says on face value as it relates to police matters. Historically, they omit critical facts to enflame viewers and push a completely slanted narrative.

Well when's the " Vigilantes " get to start taking over for the cops? I guarantee they{ criminals} are more afraid of them than police since " vigilantes" operate by their own rules. Reasonable question since they want to defund or abolish civilian police.

Biden used his executive power to put protection in place for asian americans who were being called derogatory names, but pressure has to be put on him to do something about unarmed black people being murdered by police 🤦🏾‍♂️

So please make this make sense to me, so he had a cordless phone to his head which police thought was a gun that he was going to shoot himself with, & decided shoot him up before he could shoot himself?…with a cordless phone?🤦🏾‍♂️

"(Trumpian) Police Shootings…" remind us, yet again, that "Jan621" Insurrectionist DJT is "utterly incompetent" as per the words of both his own Federal Judge elder-sister Maryanne Trump Barry and his own Clinical Psychologist niece Dr. Mary Trump. May "Imp2POTUS45" always hear "You're fired" via the unwavering reality of election results that reject him who is the cause of "Mourning In America."

Why not ban ultra far-right broadcasters like Fox News and wait a generation or two to see if that improves matters – or just continue making the same old mistakes over and over until America becomes the Fourth Reich.

The US needs to raise the standard in police officers recruitment, at least determine their IQ when they apply for the job. This job is meant to be upholding justice and protecting the civilians. Are they? Instead, civilians are afraid of police at the moment. Any second from now putting off this crisis is ridiculous. Raise the bar for god's sake.

Law Enforcement needs to be held to the highest standard as they hold positions if public trust and are weapons of civil destruction. The penalties for infraction must be so severe that the system self corrects and purges itself of evil and bad policing. Those who stand with them should face the same fates. Also, lifetime bans once fired, nationally. They don't get to infect other locations with their stench of misconduct.
