‘I don’t have to put my life on the line’: Cohen may not testify as Trump’s online threats continue
Donald Trump’s attorneys denying prosecutors’ claim that the former president’s rhetoric is inflammatory and dangerous is disputed by former Trump attorney, Michael Cohen. “I don’t have to put my life on the line simply because Donald Trump cannot control himself, and the courts are not controlling him,” Cohen tells Joy Reid regarding Trump’s ongoing online threats.

A federal judge ordered that writer E. Jean Carroll be paid $5 million plus interest in damages stemming from a judgment in one of her two civil cases against President Donald Trump.
Trump had made a last-ditch effort to stop Carroll from collecting the money. The president’s lawyers argued that because his request for the Supreme Court to reconsider its refusal to hear his appeal is pending, there is no final denial from the justices on the matter of his appeal, and so the distribution of those funds to Carroll is not justified.
Trump’s legal team swiftly appealed the judge’s ruling.

I don't like Trump, but Biden has his own questionable financial problems he needs to answer. When the Banks are brought in and can answer why they didn't do "due diligence" before approving loans then I will believe this is not a political prosecution. MSNBC has no credibility given their obvious biases over many years. Why would anyone give credence in their commentators? In fact, if thedonald keeps bis big mouth shut, the obvious will happen when judges look at the evidence, and much of the charges are dismissed for obvious reasons. The level of brainwashing and propaganda is off the charts. What she's doing isn't news, it's full-time editorializing. I used to actually be a Democrat and then one day I actually woke up to the way the Demonrat propaganda is disseminated. WHAT SHE'S DOING ISN'T NEWS! It's the dramatic, scripted, delivery of a political hate campaign. I reached the point, when I was part of it, where I thought – wait, it doesn't even matter if what this lady is saying is factually true, she's delivering it like a woman standing up at someone's wedding to TRASH the groom.
THIS ISN'T NEWS! It's a political advertisement. It's like in every dystopic science fiction movie where some oppressive government has come into being and the television has a constant stream of hatred for a particular individual spraying out of it.
