Three-time US Olympian David Hearn told CNN that police arrested him Friday after he said he touched a flap of blue material partially detached from the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Hearn, who says he has a background in material science, told CNN he checked it out following a bike ride after reading reports of algae in the water and paint or sealant peeling off the bottom.
Hearn’s attorney Norm Eisen speaks with CNN’s Anderson Cooper about what he calls “a meritless prosecution.” Also, The Atlantic staff writer Matt Viser has details about the type of algae plaguing the Reflecting Pool, and political analysts Scott Jennings and Karen Finney discuss the controversy.

Until Thursday morning, hundreds of thousands of Haitians were legally living and working in the United States, along with thousands of Syrians. Now, their work permits are set to expire and their deportation protections will be terminated, throwing them in legal limbo.
The abrupt change in fate stems from the Supreme Court decision which found that the Department of Homeland Security had broad discretion in determining when to extend or terminate a form of humanitarian relief known as Temporary Protected Status.

Well it seems Putin has fallen into the trap. This war has been planned for a long long time by the Ashkenazi Empire. Stoking unrest in Ukraine is going to turn out to be highly profitable, as opposed to a profitless border conflict.

Do Russians want war?
Russians don't want any war! They never do!
While the West is hysterically threatened by a Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russia is doing everything to convince NATO and Western countries to moderate aggression and not build up weapons at Russian borders.
Vladimir Putin is holding dialogues with European leaders in the Kremlin — only within recent days, while Western journalists set dates for the Russian "invasion", the French President and German Chancellor visited the Kremlin. The hope remains that the West will hear Russia's concern — after all, no one gives guarantees that neighboring Ukraine will not become a member of NATO. And having a hostile country as a neighbor is not in the interests of Russia. We need guarantees for our safety. Because while Russia is withdrawing troops from the boarders where they exercise, NATO is supplying Ukraine with weapons, as if pushing it to provoke to drag Russia into the war. Russia is fighting only in case when defending its territory and never invades its neighbors first.

Too funny that a country like Russia with a GDP lower than Spain thinks it can bully other countries. If Russia thinks they are one of the big boys next time they invade a country just pound them back into the stone-age. Without GAZPROM (Russia govt oil company) they would lose 40% of their GDP and be smaller than Poland. Take out their oil exports and they would be so poor they wouldn't be able to pay their troops, maintain their naval ships, nor their tanks. Already 1/2 their air force is grounded either due to lack of parts or due to needing maintenance. Stomp them hard like we did to Iraq when they invaded Kuwait.
