   The future of "Far share of taxes" please call on the US companies that are incorporating in foreign capital's to dodge the main bulk of taxes owed an in certain cases 100% of the bulk is dodged. When they dont pay the poor, middle class, small businesses ect. Make up for the loss that Corp. America, should be paying. Now VP Biden, wants to further play ring around the rosey with upping taxes and if he gets in promises to one day lower. Please get Corp. America, to pay their share.

   Make sure you base it off of where you live at like for instance where I live at I got a small room $110 a week and the biggest one was like 160 a week but I live in Atlanta Georgia if you have a really big house with really big rooms put up a wall in the room to cut it into two rooms an charge 125 120 per room per week

   LMAO.
   I was in my nice warm gas powered SUV in Roger's Pass in Canada and an avalanche shut the road down and their was no area to turn around. This resulted in everyone waiting for about 8 hours to get the road cleared.
   A family in their Tesla ran their battery down just trying to keep warm.
   They had to abandon it as electric cars can't be trusted in an emergency or to keep you warm when its cold.
   They had to get it towed to Golden about 100 km because it ran out of battery power.
   They simply don't work in Canada and are more of a novelty for snobs.

    Unfortunately legacy automakers are walking into Tesla's trap.why beat someone in his game when you can match him with yours by adding range extenders(small engines) in the battery electric vehicles which is something Tesla will never do.something like that will be more efficient with all the concerns surrounding ev range.

    CNBC is being paid to hate Elon an is company yet they cannot bring the man down the man keep rising above all the hate ,,CNBC never give any credit even their success they be little Elon but that’s ok the stock speaks for itself ,,,GM FORD is almost to failure no one is close

    Tesla stock even though a roller coaster at times is great. I don't know of a better visionary than Elon Musk right now that. All the auto makers are scared of Elon 😊

    If people get evicted because they can't pay their rent, will the apartment complex owners lower their rents to something affordable? If they do, what will happen when tenants of other apartments start threatening to cancel their lease and move if their apartment managers don't price match? Things are going to get interesting over the next few months.

    It shows how poorly people understand Tesla and the success they're having if they're looking to other EV makers to "replicate" the success. If you don't understand how Tesla is doing it, it's really probably not something you should be investing in. I have Tesla stock but wouldn't touch Nikola with a 10 foot pole – they have almost nothing in common with Tesla and I doubt they have a future at all, though I'm always a fan of competition.
    It's great that people are looking to new tech companies. But what you really need to be looking for is not another EV company but a company with a similar cooperate philosophy to Tesla with unmatched products. Unfortunately I'm not sure such a company exists. I believe there will be in the future, but what we're seeing in Tesla is something similar to the revolution Ford made with the factory line from 1908-1925, albeit secluded under a veil of twitter feeds, short sellers, hysteria and fierce market/media manipulation.
    Tesla's core products, they way they make them and their attitude towards technology and iterative improvement are revolutionary. You won't understand that unless you really understand everything Tesla is doing (which is a hell of a lot of small to medium things) and have a technical mind for it (as a lot of it is quite technical such as the new IPM synchronous reluctance motor and control systems used in the model 3 and the fact that it produces way more power (often more than double or even triple) than any other auto maker for the same weight and higher efficiency ect).
    At the end of the day, I think probably most people just can't/won't understand Tesla.
    The future of vehicles is Electric, that much is certain, but so far Tesla seems the only certain player. Hyandai is committing hard and has some smart designs, I imagine they'll make the transition. VW is also doing ok, though they don't have a lot of sale data to show for it yet. There will probably also be new EV manufacturers out of China – they will likely house a lot of the vehicles production from ~2030 onward.
    IMO be on the lookout for anyone developing small, lightweight, low range, cheap city vehicles – this is a market where EVs will really excel and in the next few years could undercut ICE vehicles on production costs and really break out in terms of sales numbers. Currently a completely untapped market.

    Compare stock prices between Tesla and Ford… what do you think the market wants? That's right, electric vehicles. No one cares about a hybrid F150. Electric vehicles are more powerful, get you further in one trip and require less maintenance. Ford and others need to adapt now… unless of course they don't care about profits.
