   This still confuses me. They were young as hell and she started striking him first. Yet the entire world turned on a 19 year old. Not saying he was right but there were two wrongs and the masses just dismissed her actions in the matter.

   Removing myself from a toxic relationship was one of the best things I ever did! When you are in a abusive/toxic relationship you spend more time covering up how toxic it is and you just get lost in the relationship. It’s not until you remove yourself that you can truly reflect on everything and the role you played as well. You can’t heal in the same situation that broke you!

    I'm not saying that it ok to hit women or fight at all I don't understand why they put it all on him and why he was the only one to go to jail keep your hands to your dam self what really really happen was that she couldn't deal with the fact that he slept with that lady that what happen and she need to tell the truth about it and stop making like it was all him it take to do anything stop thinking it's ok for you to hit other people

    I did not see this when it first came out although i knew of the story and saw her photos on the news. I watched it now and sobbed unrelentlessly realizing how true her word were and the imact of what she said about going back 8 or 9 times. I went to back to my ex that same amount of times.. even after he beat someone in front of me almost killing them, choking me, stalking, threatening, breaking my nose twice, giving me concussions, starving me, spitting in my face, throwing freezing water on me with no heat or blanket while i tried to sleep, putting me in an institution for 30 days, physcially assaulting me over and over and sexual, snapping my neck, ribs, throwing out my dead grandpa's ashes, stealing my dog, trying to drive off cliffs many times, video ing me when I passed out, hiding cameras in the house, losing all my family and friends, and it continued over and over…. I had to live this secret double life and pretend everything was okay for years. Meanwhile I'm been robbed financially, and my entire body has given up and surrendered to the abuse. My uncle filed a missing person report and I was in a woman's shelter many times and he continued to find me and i continued to be to traumatized to leave, I was so brainwashed and afraid that I actually felt safer to be closer to the enemy and know their moves then to be away and watching my back and dipping into paranoid insanity.

    But did she hit him first tho? 🤔 she couldve been attacking him first and then he just had enough so he hit her back. Was he right for doing so? No, I don't advocate for men hitting women, but still you gotta hear both sides before coming to a final conclusion.
