Germany abstained in this vote. That's a shame. Germany s responsibility is not to support Israel for better or for worse as it does. Had Germany learnt anything from its past it would not be to close its eyes but to open them in order to not join in discrimination and injustice. Our government now is run by lame and blind ducks.

Once again proving the irrelevance of the biased UN. Best to shut it down and turn it into something useful, like an animal shelter. Can you imagine some agency telling the Allies in World War II to stop bombing Germany and Japan? Or America to stop targeting ISIS. Why is Israel the only country in the world not entitled to self-defence, to win its wars. Frankly, Gaza should look like Berlin after World War II.

Remember this can be stopped immediattly once Hamas surrender to Israel military and face justice for their crimes on October 7th.
The UN led by Arab countries that hate Israel more than they care for Gaza civilians.
The UN resolution should be for Hamas to surrender .

Misery is the only thing that Hamas brought upon Palestinians when they started rhis war on October 7th massacre.
But they started a holy war , a jihad , to murdered all jews in Israel "from the river to the sea "
In the name of " Allah, the great" .

On another note —UN failed UKRAINE —and NOW HAS NoT acknowledged the massacre/rape/beheading/burning and kidnapping of the Israelis on Oct 7th and weeks after… yes we all wish this craziness to be over, have Palestinian civilians (NON Hamas and NOn Hezbola) to have their peace and everyone their lives back on track. Hamas needs to stop using civilian human shields, abstain from the civilian population and return the Israeli hostages BACK. Those kidnapped children and citizens of Israel of 10/07 were taken away and they did nothing wrong but be in their homes or work .

Everyone wants to forget how this war started with to begin with, ceasefire on 10/6 – 10/7 HAMAS broke the ceasefire with rockets and murdering over 1,200 civilians. Israel has the fight and duty to protect the civilians now that hamas has shown they want to murder everyone in Israel.

The UN general assembly has no jurisdiction to dictate how to deal with the terrorists!
Israel is not in war with Palestinian government recognized by the international community, Israel is in a war with two illegitimate terrorist groups backed by foreign aggressive powers!

I feel sorry for the people living in Gaza who are not part of Hamas, but Hamas must be stopped. They won't be stopped by a cease fire. Perhaps we should arm the U.N. Security Council "world leaders" and put half of them in Israel and half of them in Gaza. Sometimes folks get a better take on situations by experiencing them up close and personally. Meanwhile, Israel needs to keep up the good fight. And please don't believe those decrying what Israel is doing. They're defending their homes and loved ones from terrorist aggressors. I don't know which of Biden's handlers have fed him the "Israel is starting to lose support" line, but I don't know anyone who isn't firmly behind Israel and what they're doing. The same holds true of the Ukraine as well. The bulk of the American public, The Silent Majority, stand very firmly behind both Israel and the Ukraine.

There is no such thing as a cease fire in the middle of a war. Show me in history in the wars we have had , where the cease fire was.? There was none. There was always collateral damage. N no one seems to care about what hamas did to the Israel's on 10/7. Stay out of Israel's way.
