With 16 days until the election, candidates are making their final pitches. A new Washington Post poll puts President Trump’s approval at 33% and finds Democrats are more trusted on the economy for the first time in more than a decade. This weekend also held the fourth round of nationwide “No Kings” demonstrations, with the focus on getting people to the polls to vote early for this year’s midterms. Organizers hoped the events would lead to the largest single day of early voting in American history, while also building a network of volunteers to help defend our elections.

If this goes wrong in the Supreme Court legislators need to start clarifying laws. If Trump wins in the supreme court this means Biden would have to take aggressive action with those new powers invested on him to restore order and insure an uprising is quelled. Trump might want to hope he loses this in the Supreme Court. Also one other question, since Trump was the commander in chief is he subject to military law as well?
