Gigi always dreamed of hosting a cooking show, and you can watch her living out her fantasy while slicing lemons and crafting prosciutto flowers. You'd have to be pretty lean to start with to see any effect from those exercises. There's no way anyone who's still got some fat to lose will end up getting a body like Adriana's with just these exercises, without losing the spare fat first.
