One U.S. Trident submarine has over 140 tactical nuclear warheads on board. Seriously stupid to attack the U.S.

If North Korea has nuclear program and Iran share ICBM program with the North Koreans… won’t North Korea share the nuclear program with Iran?
They like brothers and both want to destroy USA.
Definitely Iran has nuclear bomb( maybe they just keep quiet so nobody else starts building and to make more)

Russia can't even beat a force of Old Age Pensioners and rag tag high school and university students that are out numbered 75 to 1 lol no one with any real combat experience is worried about war with Ping Pong, Ding Dong or ling Ling. The US missile defense system can perhaps intercept 50% of ICBM from N. Korea but imagine if China fire their hypersonic missiles? It will be impossible for the US to stop any of it (as of now).

    January 17, 2024 at 2:26 pm

33 degrees masonic. They work together. They cant hit a hypersonic missile but can dock in ISS travelling 22000kmph over 21 times faster than a bullet?

At 2:57 Iran is mentioned as similar to N Korea with missile capability not yet big enough to thoroughly penetrate US defense system, but he did say that US defense is not perfect, and there is a possibility of some of their missiles penetrating into the USA. The women described a missile defense system like trying to stop a bullet with a pinhead.

Almost all of Russia’s 83 regions are seeing gasoline shortages or reported disruptions to supply, according to a CNN analysis, with many gas stations imposing rationing as the Russian government races to get ahead of a ferocious campaign of Ukrainian drone attacks targeting its refineries.

The fuel crisis, which escalated first in Russian-controlled Crimea and prompted a state of emergency and a full ban on fuel sales to ordinary people on June 21, is now reaching across Russia’s 11 time zones.

CNN’s Clare Sebastian details the frustration at the pump in Russia, and CNN’s Kristie Lu Stout speaks with the head of Chatham House Ukraine Forum, Orysia Lutsevych, about the possible decay of Russia’s energy superpower status.

Also, CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten looks at Russian President Vladimir Putin’s approval among Russian citizens and sagging public support of President Trump’s ability to handle the Ukraine war.

Three-time US Olympian David Hearn told CNN that police arrested him Friday after he said he touched a flap of blue material partially detached from the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Hearn, who says he has a background in material science, told CNN he checked it out following a bike ride after reading reports of algae in the water and paint or sealant peeling off the bottom.

Hearn’s attorney Norm Eisen speaks with CNN’s Anderson Cooper about what he calls “a meritless prosecution.” Also, The Atlantic staff writer Matt Viser has details about the type of algae plaguing the Reflecting Pool, and political analysts Scott Jennings and Karen Finney discuss the controversy.

350K+ face risk of deportation after Trump’s Supreme Court win

Published

Until Thursday morning, hundreds of thousands of Haitians were legally living and working in the United States, along with thousands of Syrians. Now, their work permits are set to expire and their deportation protections will be terminated, throwing them in legal limbo.

The abrupt change in fate stems from the Supreme Court decision which found that the Department of Homeland Security had broad discretion in determining when to extend or terminate a form of humanitarian relief known as Temporary Protected Status.
