Meta Platforms has reached a $16.7 billion settlement in a high-profile case concerning harm caused to teens through its social media platforms. The settlement amount is significantly lower than Meta’s worst-case scenario estimate of $1.4 trillion, which represented the maximum potential penalties if all accusations had been upheld at their severest levels. Ed Ludlow reports on “Bloomberg Open Interest.”

Anthropic’s Mega-IPO Plan Looms Over Packed US Listing Calendar
Anthropic PBC’s IPO is casting a long shadow over companies’ US listing plans, as they try to find room for their deals to grab attention after the Sept. 7 Labor Day holiday.
The Claude developer is preparing to file publicly for an initial public offering that’s expected to raise as much as SpaceX’s record $86.2 billion debut, if not more, in the coming weeks. Some firms and their backers are finding it hard to get the attention of long-term-oriented investors and sovereign wealth funds when the prospect of an Anthropic IPO is imminent, according to people familiar with the preparations.
For a closer look, we speak with Bailey Lipschultz, Senior Equities Reporter for Bloomberg News.

Lisa is wrong. This is a debt crisis. There is too much debt in the world and as inflation has started,.interest rates have been forced to rise. It was inevitable that rates would rise, and that things would break when they did. The Ukraine war has not helped. The banks are just where the first cracks appeared. The question is how bad it gets from here. I think it could go very badly. The fear is spreading.

The US shoots down other countries drones all the time, even in other countries airspace. If this truly happened, the US has no right to throw stones. Especially when they've been interfering and passing intelligence they gather to the Ukraine. They just finished shooting down what they called a 'spy balloon' after it left US space and bragging about it.
Side note: Why would a fighter jet, with weapons, risk their jet and lives by ramming something they could shoot down instead without risking themselves?

1) When poor people and blue collar people does such, it’s called by the media: STEALING people’s money. HOWEVER:
2) When Banksters and white color people do such, it’s called by the media: LOSING people’s money.
3) Robbed people are TIRED of being COERCED by the media and the Banksters to STAND DOWN and ACCEPT definition number 2.
4) There are not enough media anchors nor enough elite hidden bunkers in the world to protect these Banksters if they KEEP STEALING people’s money.

Now being caught with your trouser down can be a little embarrassing to say the least.
When you happen to be a banker…there can be fallout.
Now, this is not your typical "duck and cover" 50's response to a nuclear war.
No more… every man for himself…territory.
So remember…a good "run" is always better than a bad stand.
