Emergency responders took Sen. Mitch McConnell to an ambulance on a stretcher after being called to his home last month for a report of an unconscious person, according to new video of the incident and an eyewitness account.
A neighbor of McConnell told CNN that they opened their door to find commotion outside their home at around 8:30 a.m. on June 14, with two ambulances, a fire truck and Capitol Police officers blocking the entire street.
The neighbor said they learned from another eyewitness who saw the individual’s face that the person on the stretcher was McConnell and he was not wearing an oxygen mask.

Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on Sunday announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital.
McConnell also provided a photo showing him smiling next to his wife, Elaine Chao. He appears to have a copy of Sunday’s Washington Post sports section on his lap.

The media always attempts to make these atrocities political and push their far left agenda. Since that is their MO let me take a stab at it. The knee jerk reaction of the Democrats is to disarm everyone. Purely stupid attempt to make everyone vulnerable to the criminal element and nut cases. Republicans on the other hand want to support police and authorities with the tools and techniques to deal with the problem. In addition, Republicans see that the real problem is mental health.
