   Ken holland hasn't traded for a goalie since dominik hasek in 2001. He doesn't trade for goalies

   I dont really understand why Fleury is in Chicago to begin with. He is late in his career with no reason to be playing with a bottom dwelling team. I would think he would probably want to play with a team that has a shot of winning a cup. I can think of a few playoff teams who could use some better goaltending. Washington, Minnesota, even Colorado etc.

    Fleury in Edmonton would be hilarious. Tippet will have a field day with all the "brutal mistakes" he'll be making 🤣 I can already hear that man's blood pressure rising at the thought of Fleury being signed

    Nope. As a Hawks fan, it would be stupid to trade him. Yea he could net some assets, but you gotta think who the hell would take over for him. Lankinen ain't it. Plus the camaraderie between Fleury and the team looks to be too good to get rid of, and don't forget the fact he just moved his family again which is something I don't see him doing a third time. If anything, I see Chicago signing him to a 1-2 year extension and letting him help groom Lankinen or possibly another goaltender. I just don't see it happening.

    Watched Fleury play every game here in Pittsburgh. The best goaltender we ever had since 1967 – including Barrasso.

    if the Av's want even a shot at a cup, they need to go out and make a Fleury trade work. Sure they're tight against the cap, but they absolutely need a healthy goalie
