   It does seem like a cover up for an accident, I think to rule that out is pretty naive. If Burke did do something, he was just a kid and not responsible for his actions. I believe there is way too much evidence against Patsy orchestrating the crime scene and I think she knew by inviting relatives round the crime scene would be beyond comprised, to the point police couldn't do anything.

    Even if they were"cleared" i still strongly feel that one of the parents did it.

    This case was poorly investigated, they should have investigated where they were before returning home, the girl was there where she died and they brought the girl dead to her house and there they invented the whole kidnapping thing.

    All evidence leads to John alone. He had a plan but when Patsy phoned police he had to mess the crime scene up and redirect the police. Autopsy revealed Jon Bennett has long term S abuse. John knew how to make a garrote, John knew how to make many different types of knots . John went straight to the basement and brought her covered little body up and put her on the floor. John allowed Jon Bennett to have a piece of pineapple on the way down to the basement. John wanted to fly the family away but police stopped him. John wrote in his book that Patsy knew nothing about the amount of bonus he had.

    All evidence leads to John alone . Patsy and Burke knew nothing about it. Autopsy revealed long term S abuse. John knew how to make a garrote, John knew how to tie different knots. John wrote the note as you can see by the way he writes his letters. ….a…..I…..t…..w…..8…. etc. John tried to disguise his letters by slanting them different but it's impossible as you can see its Johns handwriting and he put in his note what a terrible death Jon Bennett would have if they called police. Patsy only read the first sentence Jon Bennett kidnapped. Burke said he heard his mother crying my baby my baby. He said she ran in to Jon Bennetts room then his room then around the house. Patsy phoned police which was not Johns plan so he changed his plan and messed up the crime scene. I believe it was John that gestured to her to put the phone down and said about getting their friends over. All the friends touched the note he wrote. He went to the basement where he moved the case and opened the broken window that Burke said he'd done a long time ago and the cobweb still intact. John picked up a little covered body took it upstairs and put her on the floor. John told police he was going to fly Patsy and Burke somewhere else but police said no. Jon Bennett and Burke wet the bed which is a sign of trauma. Burke put feces on Jon Bennetts toys another sign of trauma. So I wonder what Burke suffered. Burke Jon Bennett was years younger than him so she probably annoyed Burke because she touched his things. John put the pineapple there and allowed Jon Bennett a piece. Burke got shown a black and white photo I found the pineapple difficult to know what it is so I understand why he didn't recognise it. The teabag was much easier. I believe only John alone did it and Burke and Patsy knew nothing and she died not knowing what happened.

    The father is ALSO smiling when describing his son. I’d guess Burke did it but modeled his behavior on the father’s. Burke may have hit her and then the father killed her to protect him.

    Why does Dr Phil only ask if he hit her with a flashlight or a bat? That gives him an out.

    The sexual abuse I don’t know but they had family members on the force and it’s not at all outside the realm of possibility that they switched the DNA.

    The biggest unknown is the man ringing the doorbell at night. An accomplice ? Some people are extremely sick and sell their children.

    I’m sure she was sacrificed by her family. That’s how the rich people do things to get ahead. I’m sure there’s a lot more to the story and her parents are involved. Not Burke. Very sad either way. 💔🙏🏼

    John saying he didn’t kill her – eyes are soft. Facial features are softer and no blushing cheeks. Lips are speaking normal and no hesitant behaviour

    Patsy saying she didn’t kill her – eyes are posed. Almost fixated forward and don’t move from the interviewer.
    He skin is pale. Seems a little tense.
    Her lips saying those words are slow yet she appears to be repeating it in her mind to convince you. Like such a weird vibe.

    I’m still so torn on all the evidence I’ve got yet I think maybe in the weeks gone by intruder stuff potentially plotted around to be a divert. Broken window was done as a deploy to look innocent perhaps. Cause people loose keys and have change locks or break in etc
    Yet I think he was jealous of pasty’s jealousy to the pageant world and JB in general which in some sense and now still overshadows Burke and her life / attention she didn’t necessarily give him as a result. John probably wanted to end the pageants. Pasty didn’t and threatened to do something bad.
    Burke was casted aside and was envious of it all and the drama also effecting his childhood.
    John probably had the bonus yet no one questioned if it was an in job or payment for sexual wrong doings towards JB in that manner he possibly could have controlled on the QT
    Until it got out of hand. Had to silence the situation. Who knows how to do ropes like that and snap a strong painting brush which probably was the finest and not cheap etc.
    Patsy probably wrote the note with assurance from John. Burke was protected from it even if he did play the initial part. Just so many things that don’t add up or are possible yet so doable. Everything points back to the family more the parents and the workings within the house itself.
    Such a shame and injustice.
