The New York Times editorial board is out with a new series tracking 12 categories of democratic erosion in the United States, highlighting the “worrisome steps” it says President Trump has taken toward undermining American democracy. I don't know 1 single person who knew 1 single person who died from covid.
I only know 3 people who tested positive. None of them were hospitalized.
I live in a city > 500,000 population. I don't know 1 local hospital who were overwhelmed by covid patients.
I know 1 nurse (male) who's hours got cut. From 4 9 hour shifts/wk.(Mon-Wed + Fri) to 3/wk. (Mon-Wed) As MSNBC lied & reported an opposite contradiction.

I actually do want to know when we can get back to a normal life.
As much as I appreciate Fauci he has flip-flopped tremendous amount during this whole thing. It seems this has been so over politicized and just being used by both sides as leverage. The scary thing is that if in the future there’s a real serious pandemic no one‘s going to have the faith in our government nor will they give it the attention it deserves and that will cause serious death tolls.
