   People plead the 5th every day. To release this list AND the social security numbers of many of these people is an abomination. If a company would have such a release they would have to pay restitution. Perhaps the members of this committee should have to fork over restitution to those they have harmed.

   Pleading the fifth doesn't protect you. It just says "I've committed crimes and now you can fully investigate and prosecute me because I didn't cooperate with you at all."

    The specificity of the QUESTIONS posed by the J6 committee show they already have the answers they are asking. It's just a matter of time before the DOJ put Flynn and his brother under oath and remove the protection of the 5th amendment to get them to testify to the TRUTH. But the DOJ seems incapable of doing their job so I am not hopeful there will be JUSTICE!

    Flynn had no choice other than to take the 5th. Had he answered the questions asked him, he would have confirmed he took part in the 6 Jan. COUP attempt. Michael and his brother Charles need to be Court-Martialed and tried for TREASON!

    Part of the reason behind "The Fifth, the Fifth, the Fifth, the Fifth." "Do you need a toilet break?" "The Fifth." "Still don't need a toilet break?" "The Fifth," about the most mundane questions or basic questions about government could have been to show disdain for the Committee. In other words, more political theater.

    How many times does it have to be said about Trump and his supporters? Whatever the action, when we do it, it's good, because we are good. When anyone else does it, it's bad, because anyone who isn't us is bad. We get to determine who is good and bad because we are good. We are good because we say we are good. This is classic dictator "logic."  

    This way of thinking is selfish and arrogant. It is immoral. (Would any Trumpian like to argue that it is moral to be selfish and arrogant?)

    It is lazy. Argumentation is too much effort, so just assert, and back up every assertion, if you try at all, with just more assertions of what you wish were true, not what is true. (Anyone Trumpian want to give examples where Trump didn't support one assertion with another assertion rather than facts? "What about…" is another assertion, a rhetorical question that the speaker is issuing so he/she doesn't have to answer it and the listeners can answer it any way that makes them feel good.)

    It is corrupt and corrupting of others, because it verbally coerces others into being just as illogical, just as selfish, just as lazy. (Would any Trumpian like to argue that Trump makes his listeners think and reach their own conclusions instead of simply accepting his conclusions?)

    This way of thinking does not belong in the political rhetoric of the USA or any representative democracy.
