If convicted of a crime in Georgia – PUT HIM IN PRISON FOR NO LESS THAN 4 YEARS!!! Although even this does not make him ineligible, running for office while in prison is much more difficult, and would require a parole, sentence commutation or gubernatorial pardon to go to DC. Without any of these, he'd have to run the country from prison. While the devout MAGA hat wearers would still vote for him, I doubt very many others – even Republicans – would vote for Trump under these circumstances.

You have to PROVE he is guilty of that impeachable offense. You can't just want it, you have to PROVE it. So far, all I've heard is OPINION not based on any FACTS. Emotional based pleads, not facts. Hearsy (my daughter said she was scared), not DIRECT TESTIMONY. This is a "trial"? Based on rule of law? It's no wonder the SCOTUS Chief Justice didn't want part of this! And, you have a dictator in office now…. how many Executive Orders has he signed already?

You can’t just go back a few days to the day of insurrection, trump had inciting a hostile fight for the past year before the election! Every rally he said he would lose because of fraud! He even put people in place to help to create voter suppression! An attempted coup just doesn’t happen overnight! He had planned this four years!
