He emails Roger Stone and Bannon. Come on. Everyone around Trump, Ummm yeah, is a crook." Roger Stone is a surrogate father to me"??? He'd rather go to jail for undisclosed amount of time than spend 80 hours with Mueller. That tells volumes about his character. The answers are in plain sight.

Nunberg baited NBC and the other news networks to provide him a fortune's worth of legal advice from their panels of lawyers and ex-federal prosecutors. Jon Lovitz should play Nunberg in the TV movie titled, Roger and Me.

Mr. Nunberg was lucky in some ways — he got free legal advice! Imagine what these two lawyers would have charged him for their time and knowledge — $100-$200 per hour? Schmuck!

Joe calls this guy a “kid.” Sorry, that’s really inappropriate.

He’s a pampered, over fed 36 year old. No kid. He could have joined the military at 17 or 18… and had most of a career under his belt by now. Too many times, White People Of Privilege get to use the “still maturing” defense, while Courts make 12-14 year old minority defendants into adults at the stroke of a pen, to ensue greater/more severe punishment. Grotesque Double Standard.

Been listening to Morning Joe for a couple years now. Please replace him with a bellphone speaker with an on off switch. He interrupts his guest, he asks questions then interjects his opinions before the guest finishes.. His individual attitude is irresponsible, rude, and mostly incorrect. Meeka should have an on off switch handy to just shut him up. I do not think he would be missed at all as long as the guest keep appearing.

Ari Melber saved this guy from himself yesterday. You could see the light come on…maybe he was sobering up and started to hear what was being said to him, but Ari and the federal prosecutor he was able to get on the show along with Ms. Wiley really did an intervention of sort. It was nice to see how many people cared about this guy and what he was potentially facing as a result of his actions. Saying he's not going to testify…which anyone watching knew he was going to just…he asked everyone what was going to happen to him and he kept saying "I'm the first to do this, right?" He didn't seem to have conviction in his argument. But, in an effort to avoid the questions he didn't want to answer he blabbed other stuff that he should have never said. The less you say the better. Only give them exactly what they are asking for — nothing less, nothing more. I hope nothing happens to this guy — he seems very vulnerable and unstable. Roger Stone distancing himself from him after he went out there with the best of intentions to protect Roger Stone has probably really added to his anxiety about this whole thing.

Rep. Dean: Trump ‘Lit The Match’ That Caused The Capitol Hill Riots | Andrea Mitchell | MSNBC

Published

By

Congresswoman and impeachment manager Madeleine Dean (D-PA) tells Andrea Mitchell that President Trump “lit the match,” causing the riots at the Capitol on January 6. Dean also pushed back on the notion that impeaching a former president is unconstitutional. “And we do know, number one, it is constitutional because the text of the constitution is not just about removal as a result of impeachment and conviction but also future disqualification. The framers knew very much the threat of mobs and demagogues,” she said. Aired on 01/25/2021.

Sen. Murphy: Proposed Relief Bill ‘Could Get Us Through What Could Be A Very Hard And Deadly Winter’

Published

on

By

Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss the proposal of a $908 billion COVID relief bill by a bipartisan group of senators as 14 million Americans could lose unemployment aid by the end of December. Sen. Murphy says, “This amount of money could get us through what could be a very hard and deadly winter. This isn’t big enough to be able to get us to the point where the entire country is vaccinated. But it might be enough to make sure that millions of Americans don’t go hungry, don’t starve, don’t die out on the streets this winter when their jobless benefits expire and when protections for evictions expire.” Aired on 12/01/2020.

‘ERODING our democracy’: Morning Joe reacts to SHOCKING NYT Editorial on Trump’s election meddling

Published

on

By

The New York Times editorial board is out with a new series tracking 12 categories of democratic erosion in the United States, highlighting the “worrisome steps” it says President Trump has taken toward undermining American democracy. Measuring on a scale from zero to 10 — with zero representing a strong, though imperfect, democracy and 10 representing a true autocracy — the board has moved one category, “manipulating the law to stay in power,” up to Level 3. The Morning Joe panel breaks down the ominous warnings from the piece as the country heads toward the November midterms and the 2028 election.
