   The Cowboys are a good team. Good but not great. They'll win plenty of games and they'll make the playoffs. But they're just not on the level of the teams they're going to face once they get there. San Francisco proved that 2 years in a row and they proved it again 2 weeks ago. Now do I think the gap is 42-10 big? No, I think that game snowballed on Dallas. But I do think that a team like San Francisco can beat Dallas yet again without breaking much of a sweat. And now Dallas has the Lions to worry about too. Dallas might won a playoff game, but it's almost certainly going to be another 2nd round exit unless they start showing us something more.

   It’s true that Dak is a far more effective QB when he uses his legs. It’s been missing mostly since 2018. IMO he has been on a downward trajectory since his first 3 years because of exactly this

    Dak has played every single preseason game and this is the year he didn't. Been watching him for a while now and he needs those reps every year it seems he is just getting warmed up.

    Good win on the road. They were challenged, had some adversity and stepped up. Something to build on. Now if they show they can do some of these things consistently along with cleaning some mistakes up like penalties and such, they'll be in the conversation of being a top team.

    Dak looked like he was 23 all over again out there when he first started for Dallas in place of Romo back in 2016. This is THE Dak we remember. He got us into tge playoffs that year, so hopefully this year this more experienced battle-tested Dak can get us further with the better talent that he has around him this time.

    The only story out of this game is that the cursed chargers continue to lose to teams they outplay. They just glorified a Cowboys defense for 8 min who got burned twice by K. Allen who Herbert kept over throwing. The NFL is lucky the Chargers organization would rather beat themselves than their opponents.

    We not special on offense because Dak don't know who's on our o,and the HC don't know how to call plays for points just for yards, spread out the offense and lets get Dak on the move with deep balls all over

    Dallas should of blown the Chargers away. Instead this goes to show you, Dallas is just a mediocre team once again. They just get by.. all the Chargers had to do is lock down Lamb and that was it. Dak needs to use his Tight End (Witten film) properly and Pollard in roll outs.

    I’m a cowboys fan and don’t take much from it, we have better personnel and should have won imo. It’s impressive to win on the road against a team coming off a BYE sure. I think the BYE week is at a great time. Our offense still needs to find a rhythm and identity, in years past they peaked in October and put up a ton of points in meaningless games but bogged down in the playoffs, hopefully the opposite happens this year. It wasn’t a clean game by any means but shows you we got a lot of talent by being able to beat this team with our C+ performance.

    Dak and the Cowboys needs to stop trying to force feed Gallup. He's becoming a liability. Most of Dak's Interceptions come from him targeting Gallup. The Cowboys and Mike McCarthy need to draw up plays for Cooks and Ceedee and give Gallup 3 targets on some Go Routes when the defense not thinking about him. That's how I would do it if I was the OC.

    The way I saw the game. Dallas was barely able to win this game. The "vaunted" Dallas O-line neither blocked well for the pass or the run. Dak had to run for his life most of the game. Other than CD, Cooks, and Ferguson, Dak has really no receivers for down field. Gallop, who used to be the "contested" catch guy(and dropped what should have been a TD) seems to no longer be that guy. The Offense play caller did better than last week, but it wasn't great. We got some bad troubles ahead, if these things are not fixed.
