   IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROTECT ALL OF UKRAINE AIRSPACE FROM THE GROUND !
   Jets with long range air to air missiles are needed – as few as 30 jets with "Meteor" or similar missiles will
   make a huge difference because they can meet the attack as soon as it is registered of AWACS , sattelittes , and ground-radar , which
   is minimum 300 km before they are seen
   those jets could also scare Russian helicopters and jets to keep much more distance

   still fairly well disappointed in Russia holding so much back. It would be great if there was a majestic scene of tens of thousands of missiles coming in waves of thousands at a time. Which Russia is entirely capable of. They have something like 4,000 bombers too.

   a good 10 hours of the air raid siren and the video footage would really help me sleep at night. I roll around in my bed at night. "their baiting the wolves". "their not doing enough. being a bunch of slackers". "they need to open 5 more missile factories". "they should be firing more missiles near the Polish border".

   It really keeps me waking up in my sleep a lot unfortunately.

    Similar scenes occured in some infamous night in Baghdad in 2003, city that was absolutely defenseless against the USN's cruise missile barrages, except sporadic yet intense desperate fire from unguided AAA positions and no external support from any party, a sanctions-ridden , exhausted country facing an extraordinary American war machine completely alone with the UN and the world then watching a war crime occur helplessly and nobody even lifting a finger to aid Iraqis. Funny CNN didn't commend anybody's aptitude and relentless effort in defending their skies and people from intruding missiles and falling bombs. What they saluted was the beauty of attacking missiles falling down to wreck the city to shreds. Ahhh the shifting sands of narratives 🙂 I guess it all boils down to a question of perspective and how "democratic" an illegal bombardment is. Kudos to the Ukrainian crews nontheless, to each defender its merit, specially when attacked by an imperialist power, history will remember their bravery and competence.
