The girls don’t “train”they starve themselves and work out. The last part broke my heart, we know those girls will do whatever it takes to have the “perfect” body.

I think the mom at the mall did a great thing. I believe Modeling causes eating disorders! And modeling shouldn’t be judge by weight, and health. I think size doesn’t matter. Everyone is beautiful just the way they are. Don’t change how you look.

Wow. I can tell you these scouts are creeps. Grew up in Iowa and know Chris(Ashton) Kutcher's family. Also met the pumpkin patch girl. She was 15. They aggressively scouted her. She was flattered yet panicking. She asked me what to do. After watching this vid I understand why she was so distressed.

Let’s not forget that Ashton’s modeling career highlight was the photoshoot with Meisel for Vogue Italia, and….that’s it. So I wouldn’t consider it their big win.

Many years ago my girlfriend at the time got scouted from here in Australia to model, she wasn't caught up in the fashion stuff because she was smart, she did commercial modeling in Hong Kong and China. Made enough to pay her way through University in cash. She told me it was a horrid industry on the fashion/fashion week side of things. A lot of explotation.

What makes me sick is that these were very young teenage girls whose bodies were still growing and developing. To limit their diets so rigidly to the point that they were always hungry is so unhealthy! There is plenty of research and evidence that shows doing this to a young person's body can damage their reproductive health and stunt their growth.
