You're full of shit commander. You don't deserve to be called a military General if you can't provide the right access to medicines for your troops. Why don't you tell the public the truth about your disregard for oversight of your medical squadron you fool!

Medications are not to blame. Doctors are. This commander should be removed from duty. He wouldn't have killed those people if he had access to the right medications and a decent doctor, and a commander that gave a shit about his troops.
