I read he got fired as he had a thing for an intern which caused his wife to file from divorce. Luckily his wife gave him another shot and chose his wife in the end instead of Greys

Greys anatomy has gone down hill. The show was so special in the early seasons (George, izzie, Burke – even Lexie, Addison, mark) but now Yang leaving and dereks death … really disappointing the way dereks death was handled after him getting hit by the truck

I literally start crying everytime they're even mentioning Dereks name in the later seasons. I just watched the episodes where Meredith dreamt about Derek, Mark, Lexie and George. I was so happy seeing them again because I miss them so much but Derek is the only one where I cried </3
Honestly, I don't think it's healthy anymore since I'm suffering so much because of McDreamy haha
