Credit Suisse is as "for sale" as Manchester United ( or was it Man City ? ) and sweet potatoes for that matter .. and now more than ever .. this is the private sector global trading .. "Swiss Regulators" have ZERO say in it . ( "regulatory barriers" , breached or not, being internal issues , irrelevant to the topic and minor at that .. )
TK your EXCELLENT analogy min 18:45 of Saudi Arabia beating Argentina in the World Cup is totally relevant , but very few see it .. probably because it is hard to look at … and when you don't look , you don't see ..

"why is the CCP releasing Foxxconn worker protests?" Smart People
    Where will Apple manufacture?
What will it take for Apple (and others) to 'reshore' to ASEAN and South America?
CCP slave labor is old news, new news is reshoring which includes the expansion of personal liberty.
