Tesla Holders Approve Stock Split; Musk-Twitter Fight Heats Up
Tesla Inc. shareholders voted on Thursday to approve a three-for-one split of the electric-vehicle maker’s stock. Meanwhile, Twitter Inc. said it had filed its response to Elon Musk’s counterclaims against its suit to make him complete his $44 billion purchase of the social media company. Martha Gimbel, executive director and cofounder of the Budget Lab at Yale University, says artificial intelligence is unlikely to offset the economic challenges of an aging population, arguing the US is confronting two major transitions at the same time rather than one solving the other. She says AI could improve productivity in some areas, particularly by helping caregivers with physically demanding tasks, but questions whether consumers will embrace automation in roles where human interaction remains essential.

Can someone explain to me how the twitter aquisation works?
If twitter is spending money on lawyers and twitter wins would musk be basically paying for those lawyers?
Who gets the 40 billion? Does twitter get it… or essentially musk getting his 40 billion ?
And if musk loses the case then if twitter is talking via company e-mail about htis case would musk then own their e-mail servers so he could go back through their e-mails and if they have some shady stuff in their e-mails could he then sue himself………………………………how will it work.
Or if stock holders sue because of the bot issue and musk wins will he have to pay for twitters current lies.

Bringing the price down is primarily to benefit employee’s ability to purchase shares as part of their salary. This wouldn’t be possible for employees at lower pay scales to afford if the price goes to high above a thousand as fractional share purchase is not in this circumstance.

The best lnvestment strategy I ever implemented was buying index funds every time I got paid despite what was going on in the stock market. People get too caught up in the day to day market movements. Better to just buy & ride 0ut the market waves.

Great video and some nice tips! This is a scary time for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions.This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount.
