Adam Toledo aka Lil' Homicide was shooting at a vehicle at 3am. Was he successfull at killing people inside? Were those people among the 20-40 murders in Chicago every weekend?

A black police chief has been rigorously trained to uphold white supremacy and systemic racism. There's no reason for black americans to look for any help there. If there was any respect for black police chiefs in american law enforcement, it would prevent these murderous snap actions by the white subordinates who serve under them. Its obviously a supreme level of disrespect in effect in a of these instances. Think about it.

I agree with joy they could have waited a couple more seconds before they shot a 13 year old you know how thin we all are at that age he shot him in the center of his chest he should have waited a little longer.
I pray that God forgives us for what we do to one another I am sure this is not what he intended

THIS COP IS RACIST!! It's not like he saw Adam reach and then pull out a gun! And even if the cop DID see a gun in Adam's hand, it took him over 15 seconds to shoot after Adam's hands were up and empty….

Oh wait, the cop shot less than 1 second after seeing Adam pull out a gun?!
It's almost like the officer reacted appropriately to seeing a once, empty hand, turn into a hand holding a gun.
But that cant be right. Everybody knows that police have an instantaneous and immediate reaction time that all human beings get as soon as they put on the badge.
If you have experience in law enforcement, dont bother replying.
I only want to surround myself with the voices of people that have zero understanding of law enforcement telling the entire country how law enforcement should be done.

Joy, have you noticed how many brothers are shot in the back by police ? And no charges filed on any of them. Its pure cowardice to shoot someone in the back. Li'l Homicide had a good 10 seconds of the cop yelling at him to stop and put your hands up at least 10 seconds. But li'l homicide chose to keep running till he got tired all the while still holding his gun. Joy Reid is a clown and she looks like the clown on In living Color.

I agree that there is a problem with policing but there is also a problem with people doing stupid things. We need to separate the good from the bad and only punish the bad. Adam Toledo had a gun and had been shooting it. The cop risked his life to protect the public and ran towards an armed person. Adam did something very foolish and that foolishness got him shot. He spun quickly towards the cop as he tossed the gun away. The cop had a split-second to decide if Adam was pivoting to shoot and the cop had no choice but to fire. How did a 13 year old get a gun? Where are his parents? I am an old man now but remember what I did as an 18 year old and I am lucky I survived. You can get killed for doing stupid things.
