Baltimore Port: All Options Are on the Table, Governor Says

Maryland Governor Wes Moore said, “I think that all options should be on the table and all options are on the table,” as he spoke about efforts to rebuild a collapsed Baltimore bridge Thursday on Bloomberg Television.
