President Trump on Thursday announced an agreement that will pave the way for social media giant TikTok to come under the control of a group of U.S. investors.

ABC News’ Senior White House Correspondent Selina Wang says it seems this is still a framework agreement and that it’s “not entirely set in stone at this point.”
