Two men from Queens have been charged with trespassing and conspiracy after police say they were spotted slipping into a manhole on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. David Muir reports.

Two people were arrested for hazing and disorderly conduct after police found 30 males covered in food and condiments in the off-campus basement of an unrecognized Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity chapter at the University of Wisconsin.

The men had “injuries consistent with being physically assaulted,” Madison police said.

The three news outlets banned from the White House by President Trump on Monday filed a First Amendment lawsuit to restore their access, according to a joint statement published by CNN, MS NOW and Politico.

The outlets have also filed for a temporary restraining order to restore their reporters’ credentials.
