Jon Ossoff, Democratic candidate for US Senate in Georgia, joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss Sen. Perdue’s refusal to attend the last Georgia Senate debate and Democrats’ goal of flipping Georgia for the first time since 1992. Ossoff says Sen.
