‘Misses the entire point’: Winner in MI gov. primary on democratic race narrative

In an upset, Francesca Hong was defeated in Wisconsin’s Democratic gubernatorial primary by David Crowley, the Milwaukee County executive who some argue is better positioned to build the broad coalition needed to win in November in the swing state.

After his win, Crowley called out the narrative placed on the race – left vs center and progressive vs. establishment- saying it “misses the entire point of what we’re doing.”
