Navy leadership is reportedly working to rename a new aircraft carrier and instead of honoring a heroic sailor, they plan on naming it after President Trump. The ship was supposed to be named for Doris Miller, who played a key role during Pearl Harbor.

In a hearing on Capitol Hill, Sen. Gary Peters, D-Mich., lambasted Secretary Pete Hegseth as a “failure.” “You don’t have a strategy, you don’t have a long-term plan to actually win this war,” Peters yelled at Hegseth.
In response, Hegseth accused Peters of having “Trump derangement syndrome.”
