French President Emmanuel Macron comes under increasing pressure to name a Prime Minister as a key budget deadline approaches. Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel won’t cede control of the border area between Gaza and Egypt, as he remains defiant in the wake of nationwide strikes and protests. The UK suspended some arms licenses to Israel after concluding the use of British components in Gaza risks violating international humanitarian law.
