Katy’s black Balenciaga dress, paired with leather Pantaboots, is covered in pockets and zippers throughout. The extra storage space helps her fitted ensemble double as a fancy fanny pack, perfect for storing lipstick and a cell phone. “GORGEOUS” collaborator Kim Petras joins Katy for the affair, stunning in a red laced dress while taking Katy’s hand as they make their way out the doors of the Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
