Questions mount over security measures after deadly attack in New Orleans
NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports from New Orleans on the safety measures being taken for Thursday’s Sugar Bowl following a Texas man plowing a pickup truck flying an ISIS flag through New Year’s Day revelers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans on Wednesday, killing 15 and injuring more than 30.
